  9. 4 out of 5

Nami, the instructor, was fantastic. The material given was great. A few slides have some errors (calculations or misprint). The group was very on the ball in trying to fix stuff. Before the classes, I was afraid that I wasn’t getting the information to be ready for class start, but it came together quickly. Part of this was because I signed up a couple of months in advance, so I was stressing. This went away after I pulled the information. I would work to get that info to the customer a little quicker so the standard is set sooner.

My session was one on one which meant I couldn’t fade out for even a second. 🙂 I liked it a lot but was probably not cost effective for the business. Still, I was able to adjust time constraints easy and space it out. I would suggest more days and shorter time frame (ie 6 days, 6 hours to get the required hours). I signed up for the 4 days and found myself drained 2/3 the way through. Its a lot of information. 🙂 Still, I am thankful for a positive experience overall.
